First Edition

The First International House Museum Days will be launched on 5-6 April 2025.
This collaborative initiative led by the Italian National Association of Houses of Memory (Italy) with ICOM-DEMHIST and ICOM-ICLCM (International Committee of Literary and Composers’ Museums)  is dedicated to celebrating historic houses, houses of memory and the figures they commemorate. The event will provide the framework for a global focus on Historic House Museums.

We invite house museums from across the world to join us in planning special activities for 5-6 April  – tours, concerts, workshops for children and adults etc.
Once you have planned your programming, please fill out the registration form below by March 20 at the latest and send it to our Secretary, so we can add your house to the list of participating International Days houses. We aim to create a blossoming of events on these days across the world, all linked under the title of the event and using common title and graphics that we will send to every participating museum.

Remember – this is YOUR event, the more houses that take part, the more of an impact we will make!
